Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Playoff Rally. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Service
Playoff Rally (“the Service”) is a free fantasy football game that operates during the NFL postseason. Users create or join private leagues, select players from active playoff teams, and compete based on real player statistics. The Service is provided by Playoff Rally (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Not a Gambling Platform
Playoff Rally is a free-to-play game and does not facilitate wagering, gambling, or the exchange of prize money. The Service does not accept, hold, distribute, or process funds on behalf of any user for the purpose of wagering or prize collection.
Any fees collected through the Service are solely for access to platform features and operating costs — not for prize pools, winnings, or any gambling-related purpose.
3. League Owner Responsibility
Playoff Rally provides tools for league commissioners (“league owners”) to create and manage private leagues. Any financial arrangements between league members — including but not limited to entry fees, buy-ins, prize pools, or side bets — are private agreements between those individuals and are entirely outside the scope of the Service.
Playoff Rally is not a party to any such arrangement, does not facilitate or endorse it, and bears no responsibility for the collection, distribution, or dispute of funds between users. All financial obligations arising from league arrangements are solely the responsibility of the league owner and participating members.
If you participate in a league with a financial arrangement, you do so at your own risk. Disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved. Playoff Rally will not mediate, arbitrate, or take any action regarding financial disputes between users.
4. Payments
Certain features of the Service may require a fee, processed through a third-party payment provider. All fees are for platform access only. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and statistics will be accurate at all times. Fantasy scores depend on third-party data sources which may contain errors or delays.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playoff Rally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
8. Intellectual Property
NFL team names, logos, and related trademarks are the property of the NFL and its member clubs. Playoff Rally is an independent fan application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL or any of its member clubs.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
